Terms of trade at ByRuby

Payment: ByRuby receives payment with, VISA, Diners Club and Mastercard. You will charged in euro. Payment will be withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK and are incl. Danish tax.

ByRuby  uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information are hidden.

We ship to all of scandinavia, europe, USA and Canada 
Warranty: BYRUBY gives the 2 year warranty according to the Danish Buying Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and / or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to damages made by the unconventional use of the product.

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your account number via email so that I can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of cancellation: 14 days full return policy is given on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You must pay the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the date of cancellation you must within 14 days after returning the shipment.

The notification must be given per mail at info@byruby.dk. In the announcement you must make clear to me that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The condition of the product when returning it

You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the manner in which it operates.

In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value. In order to receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store.

You must test the item, but do not use it in actual use.
